What Happens in our Outdoor TRX Fitness Introduction Class.....

Jumping into a class where everyone else seem to know what they are doing, and know each other, can be scary.


Realising this, Stephen was keen to offer a very relaxed, no pressure, way of seeing what our classes are all about.


Numbers usually only 1 or 2 people, so plenty of personal attention.


An overview of the session.


  • Meet Stephen your coach

  • Go through your Pre Exercise Questionnaire and discuss where required

  • Learn TRX strap adjustment

  • Learn the 7 Foundational Movement Patterns and common exercises

  • Discuss any adaptions you might need to make to suit your level or to work around injuries / limitations

  • Time to answer any questions

  • Say help to some of the folks arriving for the 6pm class 😊


The FREE TRX Introduction Classes currently take place in Portobello, Edinburgh and are on Tuesdays & Thursdays 1720-1750.
