Stephen offers Park and Home Visit appointments.

Many clients enjoy the benefits of training outdoors and see it as a fantastic alternative to the gym.

Home visit sessions can be a great alternative in less good weather, or while keeping an eye on children. There is no additional cost to train with up to two friends.

better, and this is the foundation of Stephen's programming. Working to reach goals such as looking better, and feeling great. Intelligent exercise selection ensures progression whilst working around and improving on any limitations or injuries.

Stephen has worked with male and female clients from aged 16-75.
