PERSONAL TRAINING
£40 - Single Session
The cost is the same for home visit, outdoor or studio sessions.
You can share a PT session with 2 others (3 people training together) at no extra cost.
Outdoor Private Group TRX sessions can be delivered to groups or teams of up to 12 people. Price depends on time and location.
A strict cancellation policy applies to all booked PT and Private Group TRX sessions.
Cancellations at less than 24 hours before a booked session, will be classed as a late cancellation and charged at full rate.
Rescheduling, after a late cancellation, will be charged at full rate.
MASSAGE THERAPY
£40 - 60min Treatment
£55 - 90min Treatment
£70 - 120min Treatment
90min & 120min Treatments can be split between two people at the same location.
Please note mobile / home visit treatments are available only.
