As we get older, it need not be the time to take things slower and give up all the activities we love to do! If we keep active throughout our senior years, delaying the ageing process and improving your quality of life can be possible.
Many health issues linked with getting older, such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and high blood pressure, can be an outcome of having a less active lifestyle.
I am experienced in Fitness for the Older Adult and offer Home Visit Sessions with the Edinburgh Area.
