Stephen qualified as a Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist in 2001. Adding to his many years of experience, new skills learned through courses, study and his own practise, has given him the tools to really help a wide range of clients.

As an Instructor who holds multiple TRX certifications and more recently, Original Strength - Pressing Reset Coach certification, his training style and approach reflects this.

While having experience, knowledge and passion for fitness is brilliant, Stephen realises this alone, is not enough to make great coach.

With an understanding of different personality types (including his own) and an inbuilt desire to help others, he feels lucky to have found his true calling.

Stephen loves the variety
in his work and feels that each skill he has complements the other.
